The Improvement Company is a Christian-centric Lexington County construction company that believes strongly in working in accordance with our spiritual beliefs and principles. While improving homes in Lexington and Richland Counties we strive to put Christ at the forefront of our efforts, knowing that we are His hands and feet in the communities we serve.
Our History
Having served the Midlands of South Carolina for more than two decades, our company’s founders, Dan and Sue Osterhaus, started small and slowly built up the company to become a top-rated construction company in the area. We follow the motto: “Bringing Satisfaction Home to You”. Our customers can rely on our experienced employees to provide them with the high-quality workmanship that our clients expect. We strive to display exceptional integrity, experience, and expertise in all the work we do.
In the Community
We also take strides to go beyond our typical day-to-day routine to serve our community by supporting various charities and organizations. We support the Midlands Transitional Retreat that provides services for homeless veterans, U-Turn for Christ, a drug and alcohol treatment facility, Heritage Christian School, and many others.
